Member is responsible to maintain the confidentiality of the Member password. 3. Author Terms of Use

Ezine Article Exchange has the following Terms of Use for Authors. Your submission of article(s) to Ezine Article Exchange means you accept these terms.

3.1 You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article, or you have acquired the full rights to it.

3.2 Ezine Article Exchange does not guarantee that all submitted articles will be accepted and published. See our author guidelines for help in submitting quality articles. In particular, we will not publish articles that are blatant sales pitches or articles promoting gambling, pornography, warez, hate speech or illegal activity.

3.3 Accepted articles may be moved to a different category without notice if we deem it necessary.

3.4 Published articles may be removed without notice.

3.5 Under the Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported License, you consent to having your article(s) published on our website, in newsletters, in RSS format and to allow others to reprint your article(s) under the same license.

3.6 Ezine Article Exchange does not pay for submitted article(s).

3.7 You are allowed up to three free links in the author resource box.

3.8 Affiliate links are allowed but discouraged as publishers generally refuse to reprint articles with affiliate links.

3.9 Ezine Article Exchange is advertiser supported. Third party advertisements will appear on your article page.

3.10 Submitted articles must be written in English or they will be rejected.

3.11 Ezine Article Exchange does not guarantee how many times your article(s) will be viewed or reprinted.

4. Publisher Terms of Use

Ezine Article Exchange has the following Terms of Use for Publishers. Reprinting articles from the Ezine Article Exchange website means you accept these terms.

4.1 You agree to follow the Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported License.

4.2 The article source must read "Article Source: www.Ezine-Article-Exchange.com" with the link active.

4.3 Article(s) must be reprinted in their entirety with no changes, rewording or editing without the express written permission of the original author.

4.4 All contextual links in the body of the article must remain active and the entire resource box must be included with all links active with absolutely no change in the syntax of the links.

5.7 Provide or use this website or any Content or service in any manner which masks, hides, conceals, camouflages, cloaks, covers, disguises, garbles, misrepresents, falsifies, or obscures the fact that the content is being provided by Ezine Article Exchange.
